About Us
Carte Blanche is a locally owned and operated restaurant located in the historic downtown of Willows, California and home of the "Boujie Burger". We have a full service coffee/espresso bar featuring organic and fair trade coffees, teas and smoothies. Our food menu consists of locally sourced products from all over Glenn County and surrounding areas. Carte Blanche features daily and seasonal specials that compliment the very diverse agriculture that surrounds us. We also serve locally brewed beer and cider on tap along with an extensive list of wines. We pride ourselves on giving back to the community and providing great service, great food and great company to all of our patrons.
Local Ingredients
Glenn County and the surrounding areas are filled with authentic, locally produced farm to table products and ingredients. We pride ourselves on tapping into as many of these products as possible and implementing them into our menu.
Our Signature Smash Burgers
Our signature smash burgers are made with a 1/3 lb. hand rolled all beef patty topped with a house made seasoning. . All burgers are served on a toasted bun with our “Secret Sass” (sauce with attitude).
